Sales Cadence
Sales Cadence Template (Multi-Channel Outreach Sequence)
A complete multi-channel outbound cadence: a structured sequence of emails, calls, voicemails, and LinkedIn touches spread across roughly fourteen business days. It tells you what to do on each day, on which channel, and what the message should accomplish, so reps stop guessing and stop quitting after two emails. Built around the reality that most replies come after the third or fourth touch.
Use it when: Use for cold or warm prospecting into a defined target list. Keep the cadence to a window you will actually finish, vary the channel so you are not just emailing the same person five times, and exit the sequence the moment someone replies or books.

14-DAY MULTI-CHANNEL CADENCE (8 to 10 touches) Day 1 Email 1 (intro) Reason for reaching out, one specific observation about their company, one sentence on the outcome you help with, soft ask for a short call. Day 1 LinkedIn (connect, no pitch) Send a connection request with a one-line, personal note. Do not sell in the request. Day 3 Call 1 + Voicemail If no answer, leave a 20-second voicemail: who you are, the one outcome, and that you just sent an email to follow. Day 3 Email 2 (bump) Reply on the Day 1 thread. Short. Add one new proof point or a relevant customer result. Day 6 Call 2 (no voicemail) Different time of day than Call 1. No voicemail this time. Day 6 LinkedIn (value touch) Share or comment with something useful to them, or send a short message with a relevant resource. No ask. Day 9 Email 3 (new angle) Fresh subject line. Lead with a different problem or use case than Email 1. Include a specific, named result. Day 11 Call 3 + Voicemail Reference the value you sent on LinkedIn. Voicemail: short, friendly, last attempt by phone. Day 14 Email 4 (breakup) Acknowledge the timing may be wrong. Give an easy out and leave the door open. See the Breakup / Last-Chance Email template for wording. RULES - Exit the cadence immediately on any reply or meeting booked. - Every touch adds something new. Never just "checking in." - Track which day and channel produced the reply so you can cut what never works. - Keep emails under 90 words and calls under two minutes.
