Meeting Reminder and Appointment Confirmation Email
Two short templates: a confirmation right after booking and a reminder the day before. Cuts no-shows by restating the value, the time zone, and a one-click way to reschedule.
Use it when: Use after a prospect books a call. Send the confirmation immediately and the reminder about 24 hours before.

Confirmation (send right after booking): Subject: Confirmed: [meeting] on [date] at [time, time zone] Hi [First name], You are confirmed for [day], [date] at [time] [time zone]. Here is the [video link or dial-in]. So we use the time well, I will [agenda, for example walk you through how [comparable customer] solved [problem]]. If anything specific is on your mind, reply and I will prep for it. Need to move it? [Reschedule link]. See you then, [Your name] --- Reminder (send about 24 hours before): Subject: Tomorrow: [meeting] at [time, time zone] Hi [First name], Quick reminder that we are speaking tomorrow, [day] at [time] [time zone].
