1. WELCOME (day 0): one clear first action, name a human to contact.
2. SETUP NUDGE (day 2): if step one is not done, a one-line reminder with the link and the why.
3. FIRST WIN (day 4): show how to get the first visible result, with a short clip or steps.
4. USAGE TIP (day 8): one feature that drives retention, framed by the outcome it creates.
5. CHECK-IN (day 14): ask one question, "What is the one thing you were hoping this would do that it is not doing yet?" and route the reply to a person.
