The final touch that politely signals you are stopping. Often pulls the highest reply rate of any email in the sequence because it removes pressure.
Use it when: Use as the last message after several unanswered touches.

Subject: should I close your file? Hi [First name], I have reached out a few times about [problem] and have not heard back, which usually means one of three things: 1. It is just not a priority right now. 2. It is a priority, but the timing is bad. 3. I am annoying you, in which case I apologize. A one-line reply with 1, 2, or 3 tells me everything I need. If I do not hear back, I will assume it is number 1 and stop here, no hard feelings. Thanks for your time, [First name]. [Your name]
