Whatcha Reading? December 2024, Part Two

Christmas wooden mansion in mountains on snowfall winter day. Cozy chalet on ski resort near pine forest. Cottage of round timber with wooden balcony. Fir-trees covered with snow. Chimneys of stone.Hey there! It’s our last Whatcha Reading of the year. Here’s how we’re wrapping the year up:

Sarah: I am reading The Smoke Thief ( A | BN | K | G | AB ) because after my conversation with Elizabeth Hoyt, I realized I either hadn’t read it, or it was so long ago that I don’t remember. I’m also still reading The Alpha of Bleake Isle, ( A | BN ) and, well, many other things I was reading before. But I’m on vacation now so abundant reading time is miiiiiiine mwahahaha.

Shana: I’m lingering over the epilogue of A Man for Mrs. Claus by Rebekah Weatherspoon. It was a cute palate cleanser.

Elyse: I’m reading A Crown of Ivy and Glass ( A | BN | K ) which falls into the Noun of Stuff and Things category of Romantasy.

Carrie: I’m finishing The Pairing ( A | BN | K | AB ) and loving every second of it.

Tara: I just finished The Amaranthine Law by Gun Brooke ( A | BN | K | AB ) and it’s one I’ll be thinking about for a while.

Claudia: A little lost and busy so I picked up some Christmas re-reads, A Christmas Promise (Mary Balogh) ( A | BN | K | G | AB ) and Your Wicked Heart (novella by Meredith Duran) ( A | BN | K | G | AB ).

How are you capping of your reading this year? Let us know in the comments!
