Democratic presidential hopeful VP Kamala Harris dropped a new campaign ad Tuesday that is so bad it’s almost laugh out loud funny. It would be downright hysterical if the stakes weren’t so high in this election.
Get this—she tries to sell you on the claim that she will be much stronger on the border than GOP nominee Donald Trump. Even her most ardent supporters would probably be taken aback by that statement; the Biden-Harris team has been MIA for three and a half years when it comes to securing our territory, and their policies have been nothing short of a disaster. The only way they could be considered successful is if you wanted millions of illegal aliens to slip into our country.
But here she goes, with claim after ludicrous claim trying to make her into some sort of border hawk:
On the border, the choice is simple.
Kamala Harris supports increasing the number of Border Patrol agents.

Notice how every single one of her solutions is similar to the policies Democrats have for virtually everything: throw more money at the problem. But what if the Biden-Harris administration hadn’t dismantled Trump’s much more successful policies on their first day in office? What if they hadn’t spent their time undermining the Border Patrol and refusing to enforce the laws already on the books?

Somebody in her campaign clearly has been reading the room on Americans’ lack of support for open borders, so the gaslighting continued. You knew there’d be a cheap shot, and she didn’t disappoint:
Kamala Harris prosecuted transnational gang members and got them sent to prison.
Donald Trump is trying to avoid going to prison.
Ha ha, so funny. The only reason he’s even facing such a possibility is because the Biden-Harris administration has politicized the Department of Justice to a degree rarely seen in this country and has sicced the full power of the federal government on the former president with one goal: put him behind bars. They have been unsuccessful thus far in their attempts to do so. Meanwhile, hyper-partisan Democrat state and local prosecutors have also been busy perverting justice and persecuting Trump with highly dubious legal strategies. If Kamala is proud of this, it may come back to haunt her because Trump’s polling numbers actually went up as indictment after indictment came in.

The conclusion of the ad, however, is the most ridiculous of all:
There are two choices in this election: the one who will fix our broken immigration system and the one who is trying to stop her.
You have to be kidding me. This spot basically begs, “close your eyes, ignore everything I’ve said, forget my entire track record, and click your heels three times.” As my colleague Sister Toldjah reported earlier Tuesday, Pennsylvania Republican Senate nominee Dave McCormick has been keeping receipts, and his ads—complete with Kamala’s own words—absolutely demolish her laughable gaslighting in this brainless attempt.

It’s hard to believe anybody would fall for this Harris campaign nonsense. It would be as absurd as if Donald Trump started campaigning for open borders—no one would believe him.
