STEP 1
First, we will paint the whole toilet paper roll green.

Then with our green construction paper, cut out two cowboy boot shapes, as well as a tongue with your red construction paper.

Next, glue the googly eyes and tongue on the front of your toilet paper roll, then glue the ends of the green legs to the back.
