How to Be a Wallflower by Eloisa James is $1.99! This is book one in the Would-Be Wallflowers series. I’m a little confused about the description. The heroine mentions wanting to buy costumes, but the hero makes it seem that the heroine bought the actual shop. Did any of you read this one?
