I wanted to hit upon a couple of things that people were posting on X about the Kamala Oprah debacle and clear up one story that’s floating out there.
There were questions about a teleprompter at the event. However, it appears to have come out only at the end when Oprah was giving her wrap-up remarks and telling people where they could go for more information. The lines on the teleprompter were similar to Oprah’s final lines, according to the transcript, not Kamala’s.
It was bad enough already as we reported with Kamala just delivering up disastrous word salads and not answering basic questions. Again, it seemed like a “vibe” group encounter session about feelings more than about results.

However, there was something else that people were questioning on X that appears to be true, as Nick Sorter pointed out. You can check any of the coverage from ABC or that was even posted by Harris herself on her YouTube channel. There appear to be duplicates in the Zoom audience, despite the fact that Oprah was talking about this great “grassroots” effort.
Here’s a shot from the ABC News video at 2:00 minutes in. Check the second and third rows from the top. You see in the second row from the top, starting from the left, there are seven people. Those same seven people are then repeated in the third row, starting from the middle.

Here’s another area in the room with monitors and you can see the same problem at the 40 minutes and 37 seconds mark in the video. Again there are repeats in the third row from the second row.

So perhaps Harris or Oprah would like to explain what was going on here with the people being repeated? Did Harris not have enough people to fill out the spaces? We’ll follow up if they have any comment on the matter.
Here’s the thing. We know she’s fake, we know a lot of this is hype. She needs celebrities to help her. But as we pointed out, that’s pretty clueless when people are having difficulty with groceries.

This is all about getting her to be seen as some exciting “change agent” because Americans want change. So she’s flipping and tacking to the middle to do anything to try to get elected. She’s talking about joy because all she’s brought really has been pain.
They seem to want to paint former President Donald Trump as the incumbent. We need to pound home that she’s been the one in office, and she’s responsible for it all. That’s why Tim Walz’s comment that we can’t afford another four years of this was so true.

It was Harris who made the critical vote that made inflation worse. She made the border worse, and that was her charge. The only “change” she’s been responsible for has all been bad. So she’s willing to say or do anything now, none of which can be relied upon.
Her bad record speaks for itself.
